Job summary

Secure IQ Services is seeking a graphic designer and social media coordinator for a full-time remote role. You will transform CAD drawings and 3D renders into marketing materials and distribute them across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn to drive leads.

The role splits 60% design and 40% social media coordination and performance tracking within a fast-paced property environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in design, CAD/3D tools, AI-assisted design, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years graphic design experience, preferably in property, real estate, or construction.
• Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software.
• Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to create location-based marketing materials and integrate floor plans into designs.
• Social media posting experience across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Understanding of performance analytics and content optimisation.
• Availability during Australian business hours with immediate responsiveness.
• Fluent English communication and ability to work autonomously.
