Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent internship/project experience.
• 0–3 years of graphic design experience; internship experience welcomed.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design capabilities and creative problem-solving.
• Experience creating social media graphics, digital marketing assets, and campaign materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
• Ability to work independently with limited onboarding and minimal day-to-day direction.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce a high volume of marketing assets for thought leadership, digital marketing, social media, and media partnerships.
• Create branded materials including social graphics, digital ads, presentations, report graphics, one-pagers, slip sheets, and campaign collateral.
• Adapt concepts into multiple formats while keeping brand consistency.
• Support marketing campaigns with cohesive visual assets across channels.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback and revise as needed.
• Collaborate with North America teams while working remotely.
• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and standards.
