• Bachelor's degree preferred in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communications or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, print, branding and marketing work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to translate briefs into polished visual assets and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphic concepts and visual designs for digital, print, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Create promotional materials, social media graphics, presentations, ads, brochures, and branded content.
• Design assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams on project objectives.
• Translate briefs and messaging into effective visual solutions.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across typography, color, imagery, and layouts.
• Edit, retouch, resize, and optimize images for digital and print use.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting technical specs and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
• Participate in reviews and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets and templates.
• Research trends and tools to inform creative directions.
• Support motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design when needed.
• Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external partners for production.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and asset management.
• Ensure accessibility and brand standards are met in final designs.
