Job summary

The U.S. Center for SafeSport is a non-profit organization focused on ending all forms of abuse in sport. We endeavor to lead the movement to make sport safer for all through abuse prevention, education, and accountability.

The Graphic Designer position supports all Center departments, external partners, and grant-based initiatives, bringing a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and HTML/CSS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital and visual arts, or related field.
• 3+ years of formal graphic design experience; agency or media preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress; strong portfolio required.
• Experience with WCAG accessibility standards is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a design software platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit graphics for print, packaging, emails, websites, and digital campaigns.
• Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with External Affairs and cross-functional teams on campaigns.
• Produce graphics and optimize files for multiple formats and channels.
• Stay updated on design trends, accessibility standards, and best practices.
• Assist design team in ensuring timely project workflow and delivery.
