Job summary

The University Innovation Alliance (UIA) seeks a Grant Program Manager, Future Ready Graduates, to lead day-to-day delivery, implementation, and coordination of UIA's grant portfolio at ASU. The role requires managing multiple campus workstreams, coordinating with partners, and ensuring funder commitments are met.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and able to translate grant requirements into practical plans, while maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Google

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in higher education or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant program management or grant implementation experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with overlapping milestones.
• Ability to hold partners and teams accountable.
• Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and PM tools.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two active Future Ready Graduates awards, with potential to manage two more.
• Translate grant agreements into coordinated implementation plans.
• Develop and maintain project plans with owners, deadlines and deliverables.
• Monitor progress and report risks, delays, and resource needs.
• Coordinate campus onboarding and ensure deliverable quality.
• Engage employers for feedback loops and advisory input.
• Plan meetings, workshops, and cross-campus learning events.
• Maintain project records in Salesforce and Google Drive.
• Prepare updates and reporting for funders.
