Qualifications

• Eight years or more in government business development, capture or public-sector growth.
• Experience selling professional/technical services in telecom infrastructure, broadband or related markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a 12–24 month government go-to-market strategy aligned with TEAM’s capabilities.
• Identify federal, state and local agencies, primes and partners with strong win potential.
• Own the capture lifecycle, including market intelligence, forecasts and proposal strategy.
• Lead responses to RFQs, RFPs, and related solicitations and ensure compliant submissions.
