COMPEST SOLUTIONS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Principal Cloud-Native Architect with deep hands-on Golang, Kubernetes, AWS, and distributed systems expertise to guide enterprise-scale initiatives.
The role emphasizes designing and implementing Go-based microservices, driving multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures, and ensuring scalability, resiliency, and observability in production environments.
Remote work from Menlo Park, CA with a 12-month contract and full-time engagement.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of software/IT experience.
- Hands-on Golang development and architecture.
- Strong Docker, Helm, CI/CD, GitOps and infra automation skills.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or observability.
- Agentic AI, RAG, MCP/LLM integration with cloud-native platforms.
- Expert Kubernetes engineering and Operators/CRDs.
- AWS/EKS architecture for distributed systems.
- Microservices and enterprise distributed systems.
- Kubernetes multi-cluster/federation preferred.
- Scalability, resiliency, HA and prod troubleshooting knowledge.
- Istio/Envoy, Kafka, Terraform, ArgoCD preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Go-based microservices on cloud-native stacks.
- Lead Kubernetes architecture, operators and multi-cluster setups.
- Ensure scalability, resiliency and production-grade reliability.
