Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor in Adel, GA to organize and oversee production operations. You will be responsible for safety, quality and productivity of all manufacturing staff, ensuring GMP standards and continuous improvement across processes.

Key duties include supervising the shift, coordinating with multiple departments to meet schedules, and driving KPI improvements. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and lean principles with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Operations or STEM.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing management experience; cannabis/regulated industry preferred.
• Six Sigma/Lean knowledge and process improvement exposure.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality and production KPIs for the shift.
• Direct supervision of area employees and lead shift changes (DDS).
• Coordinate with schedulers, batching, filling, shipping and maintenance.
• Develop schedules to meet production objectives and staffing needs.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and RCA actions.
• Ensure GMP/CGMP compliance and proper SOP execution.
