The position offers hybrid or remote work options, with in-person days for those within commuting distance of Cleveland. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or treasury advisory experience.
• Experience in bank relationships, RFPs, and pricing negotiations.
• 2+ years in treasury transformations or TMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury experts to advise global companies on treasury function design and technology.
• Develop methodologies, templates, and reusable deliverables.
• Own engagements from planning to completion with governance and budgets.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and present executive recommendations.
• Create future-state processes, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Support proposal development, scoping, and pricing inputs.
