Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years’ experience in Transportation and Logistics services strategic sourcing.
- 3 years’ experience leading/mentoring teams or large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide logistics expertise to support the Business Unit and resolve issues.
- Develop and deploy KPIs to reflect performance improvements or success.
- Review the logistics network to optimize execution and costs.
- Establish and manage transportation metrics and SLAs in contracts.
- Lead RFP/RFQ initiatives and negotiate international and domestic contracts.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and manage ad hoc assignments.
