Spectraforce Technologies is seeking an operationally minded Marketing Manager III to join our global team. This role focuses on executing and managing weekly promotional programming for global music partners, turning manual workflows into scalable, efficient processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, own the end-to-end promo delivery, analyze performance metrics, and ensure timely activations with DSP partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in the music industry focused on project management, program management, operations, and music partner management.
• Experience working with music promotional offerings at DSPs, technology platforms, or record labels.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives with high strategic, communication, and operational rigor.
• Strong analytical thinking with proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets, and performance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the execution and curation of weekly high-impact promotional offerings in partnership with music partnerships teams, prioritizing partner value and strategic curation.
• Optimize operational workflows by introducing efficiencies into manual, repetitive promotional processes.
• Track, analyze, and report on promotional performance metrics, maintaining comprehensive documentation of project execution.
• Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams and external music partners to support high-impact activations and information sharing.
• Participate in regular team planning and execution meetings to ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
