Job summary

Clinical Search Group, LLC is partnering with a growth‑stage medical device company to hire a Director of Global Learning & Development. This remote role travels 30–40% and builds learning programs from the ground up to support sales, clinical specialists, marketing, and international distributor partners.

You will own the LMS, design adult‑learning experiences, and align training with labeling changes and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Learning & Development experience in regulated environments.
• 3–5+ years in medical devices or pharma.
• Experience building training programs from ground up for sales and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build global onboarding and certification programs for sales, clinical and marketing teams.
• Own LMS content architecture, reporting and completion tracking.
• Develop scalable training for international distributors.
• Lead product launch readiness training and change management.
• Manage external training vendors and educator partnerships.
• Align training with regulatory and labeling requirements.
• Collaborate with HR on career development and succession planning.
• Travel 30–40% to support international teams.
