Job summary

Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is seeking a Global Financial Crimes Project Manager, Vice President, to strengthen GFCD Operations project management globally. You will help deliver non-technology programs and support leadership to ensure consistency and continuous improvement across GFCD capabilities.

The role requires collaboration with stakeholders across functions, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience managing complex projects in a regulated financial environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and maintain Financial Crimes programs, policies and practices for GFCD.
• Create and sign off on project management artifacts: plan, charter, risk/issues log, governance structures.
• Identify resources and dependencies with stakeholders to define scope and milestones.
• Manage project plans to meet objectives and milestones.
• Prepare monitoring and reporting for programs/projects and present to senior leaders.
