Job summary

Endeavour is seeking a Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety to partner with operations, engineering, facilities, and executive leadership. You will build and continuously improve EHS programs across Endeavour entities, ensuring rigorous compliance and a proactive safety culture.

The role requires leadership across multiple sites and international travel, with responsibility for risk management, incident investigations, and sustainability initiatives, reporting to the executive

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, technology, or engineered-product environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing EHS programs across multiple sites, regions, or countries.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 preferred.
• Experience developing global EHS management systems, governance, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve global EHS policies, standards, management systems, and training across Endeavour entities.
• Lead a proactive EHS culture across global manufacturing, engineering, facilities, and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety laws, regulations, permits, and standards globally.
• Conduct risk assessments, hazard analyses, inspections, and audits to identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis, implementing corrective actions and follow-up verification.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs: waste handling, emissions, wastewater, reporting, and permitting.
• Establish global EHS metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety

Master’s degree preferred
