Job summary

Alimentiv seeks an experienced Clinical Operations Lead to oversee a group of regional CRAs and investigator sites within a defined regional/global program. You will ensure adherence to the protocol, GCP/ICH, local regulations, and study timelines, building training materials and monitoring tools for site performance.

You will also coordinate CRA assessments, enrollment strategies, and oversight of study deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• College diploma/degree with 7–9 years related experience or Undergraduate degree with 4–6 years plus ongoing training.
• SoCRA/ACRP certification preferred or related health sciences certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of regional CRAs and Investigator sites to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct CRA Assessment visits and training for regional CRAs.
• Develop study tools, enrolment strategies, and monitoring plans; review visit reports and deviations.
• Support project management with site performance metrics, revenue recognition, and vendor interactions.
