Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Lead to oversee a regional/global team of CRAs and Investigator sites. You will ensure adherence to the Monitoring Plan, protocol, GCP/ICH guidelines, and local regulations, while coordinating CRA training and enrollment strategies.

The role involves developing study tools, reviewing visit reports, and guiding site performance metrics and issue resolution, with a focus on timely, high-quality deliverables and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CRA experience and strong EDC/MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail oriented, organized; able to multitask.
• Knowledge of GCP and local regulations; experience with study documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of CRAs and Investigator sites to ensure compliance with protocol, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate monitoring support visits and CRA training.
• Develop study tools, enrollment strategies, and monitoring plans.
• Participate in project financial processes including CRA utilization and timelines.
