Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide, virtual mental health practice focused on aging populations. We provide wraparound support, handle admin, and allow clinicians to work from home with a full caseload.

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC). Start at 15–25 hours per week (1099 or W2) and build from there, with flexible scheduling, no on-call duties, and access to clinical leadership and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Colorado.
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
