Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in the United States is seeking an experienced intelligence analyst to support national security clients as a Source Throughput Analyst (STA) or Collection and Requirements Manager. You will apply GEOINT tradecraft to develop reports, intelligence, and analytic assessments under time pressure.

You will explore data sources, build effective queries across GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT and open source data, and deliver actionable insights to warfighters and policymakers while

Qualifications

• Experience providing customer support for throughput management and integration including tool development, user training, troubleshooting dissemination issues, GEOINT policy implementation, and architecture migration activities
• Experience with GEOINT analysis, collection requirements, operations, or tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes as a source throughput analyst (STA), source strategies analyst (SSA), or collection manager
• Experience developing metrics to monitor daily operations and reporting on national and commercial and providing recommendations for solutions to meet NSG commercial collection needs
• Knowledge of national and commercial GEOINT collection platforms and sensors, their capabilities and supporting dissemination processes and architectures
• Knowledge of the NSG and data dissemination architecture, policies, and supporting processes
• Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED and work independently and as part of the team to manage competing demands and changing priorities to enable GEOINT Throughput
• Ability to support the creation and implementation of complex throughput and dissemination strategies in accordance with policy guidance
• TS/SCI clearance
• Associate’s degree and 16+ years of experience with GEOINT or Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of experience with GEOINT
• GEOINT Requirements GIMS Certification

Responsibilities

• Help your client understand and analyze information and intelligence relevant to threats facing critical systems, assets, and resources
• Develop relevant research studies and recommendations using GEOINT, SIGINT, ELINT, MASINT and open source data
• Explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to build assessments for warfighters and policymakers
• Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure and contribute to the client’s national security objectives
