Innodata Inc. is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to join our global contributor community as part of the SME on Demand program. This part‑time, remote, project‑specific opportunity lets you influence AI model evaluation and data labeling on your own schedule.

You’ll assess model performance, label content, generate prompts, paraphrase or summarize text, and help expand training data while adhering to project guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in humanities and strong English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in humanities required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Professional level English proficiency (C1/C2).

Responsibilities

• Rating/assessment of AI model performance based on evaluative questions.
• Labeling elements of a content item rather than the entire content.
• Assigning predefined categories or labels to items.
• Evaluating the perceived quality and/or appropriateness of content.
• Generating labels to advance understanding of a concept, trend, etc.
• Creating additional training data for machine learning models by applying transformations to the original data.
• Reviewing data and identifying whether a product feature works as intended based on guidelines.
• Labeling model outputs to identify whether a piece of content is or isn’t something.
• Ordering or ranking items based on a set of preferences or criteria.
• Creating prompts or questions used to generate responses from a language model.
• Project evaluation of content relevance based on a relevancy scale.
• Generating responses to prompts using a language model.
• Rewriting existing text to improve clarity or style.
• Producing concise summaries of longer pieces of text.
• Converting spoken language or audio content into written text.
• Converting text or spoken language from one language to another.
• Gathering and compiling data for training or evaluation.
