Sedgwick is seeking a claims examiner for Bodily Injury General Liability with a captive program. This remote, full-time opportunity supports clients across diverse industries and requires expertise in coverage determination, litigated claims, and endorsements interpretation.

Excellent communication and timely resolution are essential. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in claims management, a HS diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and adjudicate complex General Liability Bodily Injury claims.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority and timelines.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and coordinate required directions.
