Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing the full lifecycle of civil litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice, with readiness for mediation and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience managing full litigation lifecycle (discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation/arbitration, and trial preparation).
• Strong writing and analytical skills; sound judgment.
• Experience in civil litigation; professional liability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle of litigation matters from discovery to trial preparation.
• Handle depositions, motions, and mediation/arbitration preparation.
• Collaborate with the Metro New York team to deliver strong, well-reasoned advocacy.
