Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years in Data Science with ML and at least 2 years GenAI.
• 6+ years of experience with MS Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Experience designing conversational systems: flows, intents, and entities.
• Experience with Bot Framework SDK/Composer or Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong Python engineering skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate conversational system solutions on Azure GenAI.
• Develop chatbots with document chunking, routing, and entity extraction.
• Collaborate with data/ML teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Evaluate GenAI solutions and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Work under East Coast hours with 100% remote USA availability.
