Qualifications

• Proven experience in Generative AI (GenAI) projects.
• Direct experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques and frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy Agentic AI and Multi-Agent systems.
• Strong Python proficiency and ML/DL fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AWS and data pipelines for ML.

Responsibilities

• LLM Customization: Design, execute, and manage the fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise tasks.
• Agentic System Development: Architect, develop, and integrate Agentic AI systems and Multi-Agent frameworks.
• Platform Implementation: Build, test, and deploy GenAI solutions on AWS using Python and ML/DL principles.
• Data Pipeline Integration: Develop robust data pipelines to support model training and fine-tuning.
• Project Execution: Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to rapidly iterate on prototypes for production-ready AI capabilities.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Communicate technical findings and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
