EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Quality Architect with deep expertise in test automation architecture, AI/ML-driven testing, and presales solutioning to join our Quality Engineering practice.

You will lead the design and implementation of advanced testing strategies across multiple industry domains, drive Gen AI-based testing adoption, and provide technical leadership to enterprise-scale testing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proven experience in AI/ML testing and Gen AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on design and implementation of test automation architectures including AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Define and implement testing standards and innovative strategies.
• Leverage Gen AI agents to optimize testing and design prompts.
• Develop advanced test automation frameworks and support data quality and observability solutions.
• Oversee integration of Gen AI-based testing in multi-domain environments.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright; integrate into CI/CD.
• Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise during presales activities and proposals.
• Foster collaboration and mentor teams; align testing strategies with engineering goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with broader objectives.
