Augmentis is seeking a Natural Gas Materials & Supply Chain Engineer to advise on gas distribution materials and sourcing strategy while coordinating across Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales and Operations. The role emphasizes vendor management and technical product knowledge for gas utility customers, with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications

5+ years supporting gas distribution utility materials.
Demonstrated product knowledge of gas distribution material specifications.
5+ years in customer service, inside sales, and/or warehouse services with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Advise on gas distribution materials and sourcing strategy across Supply Chain, Contracts, Sales and Operations.
Own vendor relationships and serve as technical resource for gas utility customers.
Guide product specifications for meters, regulators, risers, pipe and fittings.
Translate needs into sourcing solutions and support bids, pricing, and negotiations.
Lead category management plans and market analyses.
