Job summary

Youth for Christ International is seeking a Resource Development Coordinator for the Balkan Region. Based in the U.S., this part-time role raises support, cultivates U.S. donor relationships, and represents Balkan ministry needs and impact.

Travel 4–6 domestic trips annually and collaborate with Balkan leaders to align messaging. You will empower local teams by easing fundraising burdens, enabling leadership development and ministry expansion across North Macedonia, Kosovo, Albania, Serbia, and

Qualifications

• Experience in ministry or nonprofit fundraising or donor relations.
• 1–5+ years in ministry, nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or missions mobilization.
• Familiarity or relational connection to Balkan cultures is a plus.
• Some college coursework or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain donor relationships across the U.S.
• Secure 30–40% of the annual budgets for Balkan nations through donor partnerships
• Participate in donor meetings, calls, and events
• Collaborate with Balkan leaders to gather updates and share impact stories in English
• Travel domestically 4–6 times per year for fundraising events and donor meetings
• Maintain donor records and fundraising progress with Balkan Region Director and Global Engagement leadership
