Maverick Trading is seeking a self-directed Equity & Options Trader to join our fully remote team. This is a 1099 independent contractor role allowing you to trade with Maverick capital and decide your own schedule within US market hours.

Candidates should have trading experience and strong risk discipline. Training and mentorship are provided, with compensation tied to performance via a tiered profit split.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options is preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and a consistent mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
