Traders operate from their time zone with firm capital allocated upon performance and risk discipline. No base salary exists; top traders share a substantial portion of net profits.

Qualifications

• Trading experience in equities and/or options preferred, not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Ability to operate independently and take accountability.
• Willingness to complete qualification program before trading firm capital.
