Job summary

Maverick Trading is seeking traders for a fully remote role open to applicants in Ellwood City, PA. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with profit-split compensation, no base salary, and professional training from active traders.

Traders will manage risk within defined parameters, trade equities and options, and work to build consistency to scale capital based on performance. Prior trading experience is preferred but not required, with mandatory Maverick Qualification Program

Qualifications

• Trading experience preferred (equities and/or options), not required.
• Strong risk discipline and consistency mindset.
• Independent decision-making and personal accountability.
• Willingness to complete the Maverick Qualification Program before trading firm capital.
