Qualifications

- Direct exposure to launching or operating a syndicate, investment club, or venture fund.
- Strong understanding of fund economics.
- Experience evaluating early-stage startups and writing investment memos.
Responsibilities
- Mentor emerging fund managers on launching and structuring investment clubs.
- Train managers on sourcing, screening, diligence, and IC process design.
- Help build portfolio construction frameworks.
- Support managers with LP communication and governance standards.
