Job summary

Apexon is hiring a Functional Tester to join our remote-capable QA team. You will validate application functionality against requirements for integrated eligibility systems and SNAP/TANF programs, documenting defects and supporting quality across releases.

The ideal candidate has hands-on functional testing experience, familiarity with SQL, and testing interfaces. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, with a strong commitment to quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Integrated Eligibility Systems and SNAP/TANF programs.
• Experience with functional testing and defect reporting.
• SQL and interface testing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing to validate application functionality against requirements.
• Identify, document, and log defects.
• Support defect tracking and communicate testing issues with teams.
• Assist testing activities for Integrated Eligibility Systems and SNAP/TANF functionality.
