Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years related subject-matter work experience; at least 3 years of online teaching experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in English & rhetoric.
• Participate in department governance, leadership roles, and mentoring.
• Contribute to assessment, curriculum development, and program improvement.
• Engage in scholarship and professional development activities.
• Prepare and submit student grades and materials with accessibility in mind.
