Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and build complex applications for a federal health program. You will design and develop a modern, highly responsive web UI for a microservices-based app, build Node.js back ends in TypeScript, and work on an agile team that values simplicity, reliability, scalability and re-use.

This is a fully remote (telework) role. Remote work in the United States requires strong TypeScript/Node.js experience with Angular or React,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of programming or web development experience.
• Hands-on with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular and React.
• Experience with web services (SOAP, RESTful, XML, JSON).
• NoSQL databases experience; AWS DynamoDB is a plus.
• Strong OO design and DevOps culture with reusable components.
• Knowledge of IT standards and SDLC frameworks.
• Experience with GitHub, Docker, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube.
• Experience with AWS services and SDKs.
• Must have lived in the United States 3 of the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain business solutions following Agile principles.
• Design and develop simple, reliable, scalable software and UI.
• Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews.
• Participate in sprint planning and story estimation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain existing applications and infrastructure.
• Develop modern, responsive UI for microservices-based app.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Prepare technical and user documentation and training materials.
• Support IT program requirements, data quality, and reporting.
• Contribute to project timelines and system design.
