Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Software Development Engineer II to join our Production Services team. You will contribute to building and maintaining automation tools that deploy and manage CrowdStrike's cloud infrastructure, shaping a scalable production environment.

You will focus on cost attribution and cloud efficiency, authoring AI-enabled systems in production, collaborating with senior engineers to deliver robust solutions for our security platform. This role offers remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or green card holder required.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience writing systems for automation, dashboards, and alarms using Go or other OO languages.
• Experience integrating APIs using REST, GraphQL, or SOAP.
• Experience with SQL in Postgres/MySQL.
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI agents in production.
• Security-conscious coding practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide.
• Background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Be an energetic self-starter with ownership for deliverables both individually and in team settings.
• Collaboratively brainstorm, define, and build software solutions.
• Work with internal partners and senior engineers to analyze requirements and craft robust solutions.
• Contribute to raising the tech IQ of the team by sharing new technologies and tricks.
• Contribute to architectural and automation strategies under guidance of senior team members.
• Report regularly on project status.
