You should have 3+ years of software engineering experience, deep Python expertise, and a track record delivering production-grade, full-stack systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python with frameworks, tooling, and best practices for production software.
• Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples, build solutions, and correct code in Python and other languages (JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Rust, Go).
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure efficiency, scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions against performance benchmarks.
• Build agents and automated verification tools in Python to verify code quality and identify error patterns.
• Hypothesize on software engineering lifecycle steps and evaluate model capabilities on them.
• Design verification mechanisms that automatically verify solutions to software tasks.
