You will compare paired responses, judge which is stronger with written rationale, and label issues such as hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content to help calibrate the evaluation team.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience in model evaluation is preferred.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across large batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the issue and rubric clause.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate multi-step reasoning model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
