• Deep comfort with CSS and/or Tailwind for complex, responsive layouts.
• A strong eye for design and implementation fidelity: typography, grid, timing, and motion that match a high creative bar.
• Figma fluency and an understanding of design systems.
• Comfortable with AI-native workflows and able to tell when they get things wrong.
• Bonus: Three.js/WebGL, shaders, or creative coding; agency experience partnering directly with art or creative directors; accessibility expertise; cross‑platform experience

• Create interactive components and micro-interactions: hover effects, transitions, scroll behaviors, loading states, and animation systems
• Partner with art directors and designers to work out how to technically execute ambitious ideas, and optimize for smooth frame rates and fast load times
• Use AI coding tools to generate and modify code, then evaluate where the output falls short visually, structurally, or systemically
• Review and refactor AI-generated frontend code toward production standards, and document failure modes clearly
• Build example implementations that help AI systems learn what high-quality frontend and interactive execution looks like
