Job summary

Gumball Digital, LLC. is seeking a Front-End Engineer to turn product requirements into responsive, reliable interfaces for customer-facing sites and internal tools.

You will collaborate with a senior engineer who provides backend services and data contracts, and you should be comfortable with our stack (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, Material UI) while remaining adaptable to other tools.

Qualifications

• Professional experience building and shipping front-end web applications.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first web applications.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, component design, forms, validation, and browser behavior.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive customer-facing experiences and internal web applications.
• Create forms, surveys, editors, dashboards, and reusable interface components.
• Translate written requirements, brand direction, and stakeholder feedback into finished interfaces.
• Make thoughtful decisions about layout, typography, interaction, and responsive behavior.
• Collaborate with the senior engineer and stakeholders when a decision affects product behavior, shared systems, or more than one brand.
• Integrate front-end with backend services and data contracts.
• Handle loading, success, empty, validation, and failure states.
• Build for mobile use, accessibility, browser compatibility, and maintainability.
• Test your work, document results, and respond to QA feedback.
• Keep tickets and pull requests aligned when requirements change.
• Support production incidents when assigned by the Engineering Lead.
