Job summary

Aadmi is seeking a Front-End Developer for its fully remote product development team. You will build responsive web apps using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks, integrate with backend APIs, and collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver engaging web experiences.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience, proficiency with React or similar, TypeScript, and testing, with a strong eye for accessibility and performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Solid experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
• Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers (NPM, Yarn).
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code.
• Experience with testing (unit/integration/end-to-end).
• Some experience with design tools like Figma or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications using React/JS/HTML/CSS that work across browsers and devices.
• Implement UI designs from mockups and wireframes with attention to UX.
• Integrate frontend with backend APIs and Node.js/PHP services.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility across major browsers and devices.
• Optimize performance with code-splitting, lazy loading, and state management.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct testing and debugging.
• Develop reusable UI components and maintain component libraries.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into interactive experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Engage in agile processes and stay updated with new frontend technologies.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
