Closet Factory Charlotte is seeking a design-savvy salesperson to join our Huntersville/Cornelius area team. This full-time Designer role focuses on converting pre-qualified leads into clients by designing custom organizational spaces and presenting compelling design visions.

You will visit homes, use CAD tools (training provided), and close sales while enjoying a flexible, 100% commission-based compensation structure, paid training, and a supportive, family-owned environment in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Eye for design and space planning.
• Must have access to a vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions.
• Present design visions and pricing with clarity and confidence.
