Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our client’s team. This role offers the option to be based at any office, including Peoria, IL, and involves providing skilled defense representation in medical malpractice cases.

The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited school, be licensed in Illinois and/or Missouri in good standing, and bring 0–10 years of relevant experience along with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice in Illinois and/or Missouri in good standing.
• 0–10 years of experience in medical malpractice defense.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in medical malpractice defense matters.
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft filings and documents.
• Attend court hearings and trials as required.
