RWS Group is seeking a freelance, part-time Search Evaluator to improve AI data by testing how our clients’ search engines respond to everyday queries.
Based in Belgium with work-from-home flexibility, you will provide feedback on text, audio, images and videos to refine AI models used by major search engines and platforms.
No prior experience required; must be 18+ and able to pass training and NDA.

- Strong online research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to assess relevance of information quickly.
- Comfort with a part-time, flexible schedule.
