Job summary

Mercor is seeking a French Canadian Linguist for a remote contract to support AI CX testing. You will conduct calls to test the CX agent's responses and provide feedback to improve AI model performance over a 3-day window totaling 4.5 hours.

Immediate start, 1.5 hours per day, on-call reliability, and clear communication are essential to ensure high-quality testing outcomes for our international labs.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French Canadian speaker.
• Excellent phone communication and sound quality.
• Available to start immediately.
• Reliable for the 3-day commitment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to test the CX agent's responses and behavior.
• Follow prompts and scenarios provided to ensure testing accuracy.
• Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience to enhance AI model performance.
• Work independently to ensure task completion over the 3-day commitment.
