Responsibilities

• Provide drivers with updated instructions, addresses, and appointment times.
• Help drivers resolve road issues quickly and professionally.
• Confirm pickup and delivery appointments.
• Track loads and provide real-time updates to brokers/shippers.
• Estimate realistic load/unload times.
• Upload all paperwork into the TMS.
• Send check calls and status updates.
