Job summary

Kingsgate Logistics is looking for experienced cradle-to-grave freight brokers for a 100% remote W-2 role with a $55,000 base salary and a 15% commission on gross profit. This is a remote, full-time opportunity to build and manage a profitable book of business, develop shipper relationships, quote freight, and guide loads from tender to delivery.

There is a defined pathway to an independent agent program with a 50% commission structure upon meeting performance targets, plus full employee

Qualifications

• 3+ years cradle-to-grave freight brokerage experience.
• Experience working in a remote environment.
• Proven ability to develop and manage shipper relationships.
• Strong carrier sourcing, pricing, negotiation, and load execution.
• Ability to independently manage the entire freight lifecycle.
• Proven ability to work with limited day-to-day supervision remotely.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A track record of accountability for sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and grow your own portfolio of shipper customers.
• Manage the complete cradle-to-grave brokerage process.
• Quote and price freight opportunities.
• Source, negotiate with, and manage carrier relationships.
• Coordinate load execution from tender through delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers and carriers.
• Resolve service issues and protect customer relationships.
• Manage margins while growing sustainable gross profit.
• Build a diversified, recurring book of business.
