Alignerr is seeking a Security Operations Analyst (AI Training) to work remotely on an hourly contract. You will analyze incidents, validate AI-driven outputs, and help tune detection and response playbooks in collaboration with AI research labs.

You should have 2+ years in SOC or incident response, be comfortable working asynchronously, and distinguish real threats from noise while documenting findings for engineering and AI teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SOC, incident response, or security operations.
• Familiar with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows.
• Able to distinguish true security signals from false positives and background noise.
• Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Classify severity levels, determine root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions.
