Qualifications

• 3+ years of production design experience, ideally in a creative agency or high-volume environment.
• Strong web design and motion graphics capabilities.
• Proficiency with Figma and After Effects required; advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Canva familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in concept development with the design team.
• Create and version a large volume of static assets for digital and print (social media, web, email, display, print collateral).
• Design and build web assets and landing page components; produce motion graphics for social and digital placements.
• Follow existing brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across outputs.
• Incorporate feedback and edits quickly and deliver organized, production-ready files meeting specs.
• Collaborate with creative and project management teams to hit tight deadlines.
