Millennial Assistants, LLC is seeking freelance graphic designers to join our network. You'll create graphics for various platforms to help small business clients grow their online presence.

Work as an independent contractor with flexible hours and your own clients. Requirements include proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects, a strong eye for typography and branding, and the ability to follow client guidelines.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of typography and design hierarchy
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and problem-solve when branding is not clearly defined
• Experience as an independent contractor or freelancer with own business setup
• Self-starter who learns quickly and takes initiative
• Tech-savvy with access to industry software and ability to deliver various file types
• Understanding of marketing concepts and ability to create client-focused graphics
• Strong communication skills, proactive with clients and team
• Good organizational skills to keep files handoff-ready

Responsibilities

• Use graphic design software to develop fonts, color schemes, shapes and design elements
• Produce artwork from scratch or clean up provided artwork
• Assess artwork and determine if additional work is needed
• Prepare separations for screen printing
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of deliverables
