Job summary

Americhem is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead global planning, forecasting, performance reporting, and decision-support initiatives. This hands-on role translates financial data into actionable insights and partners with functional leaders to drive business results.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of FP&A experience, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP/BI systems; comfort with automation and AI in finance is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4–8 years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or analytical experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Experience building integrated financial models and evaluating strategic opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budget, monthly forecast, long-range plan, and scenario planning processes.
• Build multi-scenario models and what-if analyses of volume, price, mix and costs.
• Own monthly and quarterly performance reporting with clear drivers and actions for leaders.
• Develop concise performance narratives describing outcomes and recommended actions.
• Partner with leaders to define KPIs, improve driver-based planning, and track actions.
• Assess investments, new programs, and strategic initiatives with ROI and risk assessment.
