Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an FP&A Financial Analyst to support monthly forecasts and annual budgets on the Corporate FP&A team. You will collect and analyze data, update databases, and deliver reports to senior management to drive critical decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business or Economics.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Collaborate mindset to enable effective partnership with Field FP&A Team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of monthly forecasts and yearly budgets.
• Prepare financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• Update financial databases and assist in month-end close process.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated reports and presentations to management.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and planning outlooks.
